Class Descriptions
Body Tone
A Low Impact class for all Levels!
This class focuses on toning muscles and creating habits of good form.
Equipment needed: Small weights, mat (optional)
Pilates
-mat Pilates
a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility
-Meditative Pilates
A various on the mat class but slowed down with an even greater focus on breathing and alignment and ending with a 10 minute meditation.

Equipment needed: Towel/Belt/pilates rings and Mat to lay on (optional)

Cardio Kickboxing

HIIT/LIIT styles
(High/low Intensity Interval Training)
Formats used for "All LEvels Cardio" & evening HIIT Classes.

Equipment needed: Small weights, mat (optional)

-The "Bata" series
These very simple yet effective formats are all centered around the style of "Tabata"; a type of HIIT workout that's just four minutes long, where you cycle through eight rounds of 2 alternating moves for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
Tribata: Same but rotating three moves.
Quadbata: Same but rotating four moves.

-Pyramid
a series of 8 exercises stacked upward, adding one move to the stack each round. then reversing the order downward, removing the moves in sequence one at a time. You climb up the pyramid, and then go back down finishing sweaty and strong.
-Double Pyramid
Similar to a regular pyramid but using two shorter stacks of 5 moves.
-Boomerang
This fast paces style uses a base cardio move that is done in between 8 strength/core moves.
This is repeated 3 times replacing the cardio move each round.

-Bataboom
A super fun combination of Tabata and boomerang that will make 45 minutes of amazing hard work feel like it only took 5 minutes.

A very challenging expansion on "Tabata"
in this style the alternating two moves push for 50 seconds, then 40, then 30, 20 and 10 then back up the "ladder" with only 10 seconds of rest in between each switch. This is done for 4-5 sets of moves

-Sweat Out
This All Levels Cardio class will be easy to follow nonstop movements that will leave you sweating!
*You can go at a pace that works for you and take breaks as needed*
-Equipment needed: Water to keep hydrated.
